Membership /Communication Committee (MMCC):

Yuansheng Gong; Ning Yang in charge

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, continuously enlarge MACCO membership body; at first, emphasis on each board member develop one MACCO member, then aim on one MACCO member developing another member;  Expand MACCO's publicity; Develop and maintain MACCO's web site, email server and newsletter.

Public Relations Committee (PURC):

   Jame Sun, Yuhua Li, Jeff Nie, Xu Hui in charge;

   This Committee shall be responsible for the management of all public affairs of the Organization such as legislative liaison, communications with local government officers, other community and organization leaders, and the media. The Committee is also responsible for planning and engaging cultural, business and educational exchanges with China.

Social Activity Committee (SOAC):

   Jame Sun; Yuhua Li, Jeff Nie, Xu Hui in charge

   This is the group that carries out the major functions so far MACCO has performed.  This committee will be responsible for organizing extracurricular programs for Chinese children and for educational activities within Chinese community, as well as cultural, recreational, and sports activities.

   More programs to be worked out for the year to come.

Community Services Development Committee (CSDC):

    Hui Xu, Yuhua Li in charge

   The function of this committee at the present is to define the special needs of the Chinese community and seek proper ways to satisfy the needs of the community, such as physiology needs, legal needs, disputes, representation and /or stand up for Chinese on certain practical issues, etc.

Finance Committee (FC):

    Xianjing Shan, Wenjie Hu in charge

   The Finance Committee is responsible for all the fiscal management of MACCO, the Committee will review and recommend approval of an annual budget to the MACCO Board; and regularly review financial results and assit the Organization in the proper and prudent management of its financial resources; and oversee the management of organization-wide financial assets. The financial records of the Organization are public information and shall be made available to the membership, Board members and the public.
